Returns & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Business Factory, a brand operated by Evergreen Prosperity Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

We take pride in the quality of our services, events, and consulting products. As a policy, we aim to be fair and transparent. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase. By processing a transaction with us, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

1. Consulting & Advisory Services

(Includes Business Growth Consulting, Marketing Retainers, Franchise Development, and Corporate Services)

Retainers: Monthly retainer fees are paid in advance for the reservation of our time and resources. These fees are non-refundable once the month has commenced or services have been initiated.

Project-Based Work: For one-time projects (e.g., Brand Launchpad, Recruitment Mandates), any "Advance Token" or "Booking Fee" is non-refundable as it covers initial strategy and resource allocation.

Mid-Project Cancellation: If the Client wishes to terminate a contract mid-project, they are liable to pay for all hours/milestones worked up to that date. No refunds will be issued for completed milestones.

2. Events, Meetups & Workshops

(Includes tickets for WHFL, Bangalore Singles Network, BHSC, and High Revenue Club events)

Cancellation by Attendee:

72 Hours Prior: If you cancel more than 72 hours before the event start time, we offer a 100% Refund (minus payment gateway processing charges of ~2-3%).

24-72 Hours Prior: We offer a 50% Refund.

Less than 24 Hours: Tickets are Strictly Non-Refundable as venue and food arrangements are finalized.

Ticket Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague up to 4 hours before the event. Please email us the new attendee’s details.

Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event that we cancel a meetup due to unforeseen circumstances, 100% of the ticket amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

3. Memberships & Subscriptions

(Includes BizConnect Network, High Revenue Club, and recurring community fees)

Monthly/Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your membership renewal at any time. However, no pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until your subscription expires.

Application Fees: Any "Screening Fee" or "Application Fee" paid to join exclusive clubs (like BizConnect Network) is non-refundable, regardless of whether the application is accepted or rejected, as it covers the cost of due diligence.

4. Digital Products

(Includes E-books, Templates, Databases, and Pre-recorded Courses)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable files are Final and Non-Refundable. Once the file has been sent or downloaded, it cannot be "returned."

5. Refund Processing Timeline

The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Account). Approved refunds are credited within 3-5 business days. We cannot refund cash or transfer to a different account.

6. Force Majeure

Evergreen Prosperity Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any refund if an event or service is cancelled or delayed due to "Acts of God" (including but not limited to floods, pandemics, government lockdowns, civil unrest, or natural disasters). In such cases, we will offer a credit note or a rescheduled date.
